It is not necessary to have all your engraving information ( i.e.,the winners' name,etc.)finalized when placing your initial order, however placing your order in advance helps us make sure the inventory is available in advance of your deadline.

• The custom nature of our service requires clear and effective communication
• Orders are best communicated by email or by phone
• We are available by phone from 9am to 4:30 pm. at 214-537-0984
• Please provide your email, phone, billing and shipping address
• An email confirmation and order number will be sent to track your order
• Engraving / customization information will then be finalized
• NO ORDER IS FINAL, NOR ANY PAYMENT COLLECTED UNTIL APPROVAL OF ARTWORK PROOFS IS COMPLETED

Payment:          Due at the time of your final approval.

Proofs:          All orders require an approved artwork proof. If the artwork does not get approved, all engraving and customizations will be suspended and the order will be cancelled.

Turnaround Time:          Normal turnaround is 5 business days. Large order turnaround is approximately 5 to 10 business days.

Rush Charges:          Orders that must be completed sooner than 5 business days will incur a rush charge of $50 or 5%,whichever is greater.

Returns:          ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS!

Logos Set-up charges:           $25 for each new project.
                    Waived for repeat orders or multiple orders on the same account.
                    ( we keep detailed records of all your projects, making re-orders simple )

Corrections:           All engraving mistakes are checked against customer-supplied text and approved art proofs, or approved job.

• If we make a mistake, we will correct it as soon as possible at our sole expense.
• If customer make mistake, it will be re-billed.

Customers have the final responsibility for the correct spelling of names and text.
